With a CPA, MBA, and experience as a CFO of a $ 55 million organization, William’s expertise in real estate investment and management is unmatched. Owning and managing 48 properties gave him invaluable firsthand knowledge. Despite his success, he felt a calling to help real estate investors with taxation and maximizing returns, driving him to establish a specialized CPA practice. Now known as “The real Estate CPA,” William is a trusted advisor to countless investors. His mission is to empower clients with the knowledge and strategies for financial success in real estate. Partnering with him means accessing decades of experience, personalized attention, and confidence in navigating real estate taxation complexities. Teaching accounting and finance at a South Jersey university furthers deepens his expertise and allows him to mentor future accountants. In his spare time, William enjoys high school and college basketball, finding inspiration and relaxation in the sport.
